Dr. E. Barkley's instructional model is a compact, layered education system rooted in equity, flexibility, and future-readiness. It is designed to support learners at multiple stages of life through customizable timelines, connected support systems, and universal performance standards.
Each program operates on three foundational layers of learning and development:
- Academic Core – High school diploma or credit recovery
- Vocational/Technical Training – Allied health and career certifications
- Personal Development & Life Skills – Soft skills, wellness, and spiritual growth
Students may enter the program on one of three guided pathways: 4-month, 6-month, or 12-month tracks, each offering specialized delivery schedules and student supports.
